FALKIRK MINE
The North American Coal Corporation ’s Falkirk Mine in Underwood,
North Dakota, began production in 1978 and delivers approximately
7 million tons of coal per year. The operation utilizes two Marion® 8750
draglines for overburden removal and reclaims about 400 acres
of land annually.
